Stress is inevitable. It may seem that there's nothing you can do about your stress level. You are not going to get more than 24 hours in a day to get everything done, career or family responsibilities will continue, and bills will keep coming. But you CAN take control of your life and manage stress more effectively.

STRESS MANAGEMENT STARTS WITH IDENTIFYING THE SOURCE OF STRESS IN YOUR LIFE

This isn't as easy as it sounds. The true sources of your stress aren't always obvious.

Sometimes the source of stress is very clear - an impending deadline, a presentation to be made, a quarrel with your partner etc. But often there is not just one stressor but several, leaving us feeling overwhelmed. These could be serious issues as well as some comparatively minor 'irritants' that cause distress simply because they are repeated.

The purpose of this workshop is to help you discover the most important stressors in your life at this point.

Please Read Before You Begin

The modules of this workshop have been carefully designed to help you think about all aspects of your life. In order to get the best out of it, we have some suggestions for you:

  • Set aside uninterrupted time to take the modules. We recommend at least 30 minutes at a time. If you face unexpected interruptions, you can save the module and come back to it, but it is definitely preferable to work continuously.
  • Be honest. Please answer these questions as carefully and accurately as possible. The purpose is for YOU to understand yourself and this is only possible if you are completely truthful.
